What makes us so effective?  It begins with our understanding that losing a job is rarely just about losing a job and finding a new one.  Each project receives the attention of our entire staff so feedback comes from more than just one specialist.  Our work has three major components:
  • First, we assist the individual in making sense out of the job loss, understanding the job loss reaction cycle, and committing to make change work for him or her. 

  • Second, we assist the person in identifying what the person does best and most enjoys doing, work environments in which they thrive, and how best to present themselves in person and on paper.

  • Finally, we assist the person in creating their personal jobgetting strategy, exploring opportunities, networking, and creating the most effective means of presenting themselves to others.
